Allow the Ability to Define a Partition Key For the Container

It appears that microsoft will be getting rid of the 'fixed' collections soon as they are no longer needed. This will allow logs to grow beyond 10Gbs.

The code will need updating to keep track of logs by partition id.
The bulk import script will need updating to make the calls against individual partitions.
