Support for latest version of Serilog

Any plans on updating the log4net sink to work with latest version of Serilog (2.1.0)?

Hi Johan! Yes, it'd be good to do this.

I think all that should be required is an Update-Package Serilog though I don't have an opportunity to test it right now. If you're interested in sending a PR that would be great, otherwise I'll try to crack this one open later in the week.
