db-migration: remove entity link related content #1617

After deploying serlo/db-migrations#352 we won't have entity link events anymore.

So we have to:

  • make migration to drop entity_link table
  • make migration fix events where entity/link/remove was triggered instead of taxonomy/disassociate
  • remove Create Entity Link events
  • remove Remove Entity Link events
