Reach and impact: 3 -- Back end developers have to work with the database and will benefit from less tables to go through when searching for information in the database. Mostly newer developers will be able to get an overview over the database faster.
Confidence: 10 -- Nothing new.
Effort: 4 -- Have to be careful to not cause a mess and invest testing time.
