Same environment variables for SWR Queue Worker and the API gateway #295

We have had a bug because an environment variable was added to the API gateway but not to the SWR Queue Worker and the thrown exception was then not caught. PR related to this issue: serlo/api.serlo.org#1119

Giving both services the same set of environment variables would avoid such bugs.
