Currently OSCM is delivered with a set of provisioning services for private and public cloud infrastructures.
To allow the provisioning of any application, provide capabilities to provision containers, which can contain such applications.
This provisioning service must allow to provision containerized applications on a Kuberntes cluster by using HELM charts.

Please use standard Kubernetes manifest files or ksonnet instead of helm.
