Remove the string after '#' in url and it should work.
eg. "https://uloz.to/file/qDF5FrZU4GBi/debian-live-11-6-0-amd64-xfce-iso#!ZGDkAmR2AQWzL2SyAJWvZGAyMJHjLJyPEmEYIxyXrGIwGGMxMN=="
to "https://uloz.to/file/qDF5FrZU4GBi/debian-live-11-6-0-amd64-xfce-iso"
