TUI freeze #97

Tui freezed when downloading but download was succesfull but next to the file rested two files - .udown and .ucache

Version 3.0.1 has some frontend fixes + better exception logging. Please try this version and post exception details if some occur. Thank you

Any other freezes after upgrading to version ≥3.1.0?

I think there was but full-sizing the command line helps.
