Cirro Visualization

Cirro supports creating a dashboard with the Proseg results.

It would be cool to have a dashboard showing the following:

1. 2D visualization of cell centroids colored by cell cluster
2. Possible overlay with DAPI image
3. Overlay with cell segmentations
