Describe the bug
Using the UDP Logger seems to crash the plugin sometimes at startup because it cannot access the logger port.

System Information
Operating System and Version:
Nomad IIS Version: 0.9.0
IIS Version: 10

To Reproduce
Enable UDP Logging feature.

Expected behavior
No crash
