AWS Console claims "This layer version no longer exists" #65

Today all of my Lambdas using the layer stopped working "randomly".
When investigating in to AWS console a bit stumbled over a message that the layer version 33 we were using does not longer exist. But it seems like the message still appears after updating to 45.
Does anybody know what could cause this, or have anyone else's functions stopped working?

Same issue here with version 31 on eu-west-2.

Hello we also started to have random fails on our lambda functions starting this morning 11.50am CET. We use layer v33 in eu-west-3.
