I'm pretty sure that we link to Flutter.dsym for iOS builds, but I don't see a link for mac builds?

I think Flutter.dsym may be required for store submissions (so possibly we should support auto-downloading it as part of the command line instead).

Looks like we don't list .dsym files for any releases on the console:

Another solution would be to provide a command to download them or otherwise make them accessible.
