A chat command that forces sseramemes to restart itself

Why it is needed

When something goes wrong with a single twitter mention, all other mentions halts.

One can fix this specific problem or be aware of future unknowns that a single reset would suffice.

Possible implementation

Listen to chat.

If a non orthodox text resembling a reset command is found, reset the bot. Eg

;sseramemes reset
