Feature Request

Sib's bot should be able to transcript the videos/podcasts send on the chat.

Why it is needed

We can spend less time watching videos and can discuss better about the topics in the video

Tasks

Check for youtube URLs on each message and show emoji to start the transcript
OpenAI Whisper API
Send the transcript on a thread
