In the next revision add a small r/a button available via the front panel hole. It's function is to revert back to the default FLASH bitstream with bootloader.

Can be done but needs substantial firmware support using ICAP multiboot features and flash partitions.
We'd probably want it as well on other programmable boards like EFC and Phaser.

It could be tricky to fit additional button on EFC front panel. If we want to keep consistency and use similar P/N, please take this into account in new revision.
