NetworkError after submitting resource #9

After submitting a resource first nothing happens. Then I submitted the resource multiple times. Every time the inbox https://test.skohub.io/inbox?actor=Zeitschriftendatenbank%2Fddc%2Fheads%2Fgh-pages%2Fw3id.org%2Fzdb%2Fddc%2Fn100 got an activity. Then finally I got an error message
