Kubernetes Ingress is needed for e.g. external users to be able to view Grafana dashboard.

Investigate how Ingress setup works in Azure and what is the best way to deploy the Ingress.

Document and/or make necessary configurations to use the ingress for any service.

Also, instead of IP addresses, we want custom URLs where we can reach the service.
