DHT11 plugin fails

1. @valeros are you going to implement multiple DHT* drivers within single DHT plugin? Is code significantly different between DHT* sensors? If no, we can keep single plugin for the DHT& sensors. In this case need to add "options" to user's config and ask which type of sensor will be used.
2. This plugin currently doesn't work. You have mixed dht/dht11 namesin the file. Please consider which name of plugin should be used.
3. I propose to delegate this issue to B.M. 🚑
