Just change the code from this

  const binary = fs.readFileSync(
    "SimpleStorage_sol_SimpleStorage.abi",
    "utf-8"
  );

To this

  const binary = fs.readFileSync(
    "SimpleStorage_sol_SimpleStorage.bin",
    "utf-8"
  );
