In script 00-deploy-mocks we are passing DECIMALS and INITIAL_AMOUNT as args since mockAggregatorInterface constructor defined so.

But in deploy scrip 01-deploy-fund-me.js why we are passing ethUsdPriceFeedAddress instead.
