Difference between script and deploy.

What is the difference between script folder and deploy folder? I notice the scripts folder always have the main() the function and we always use yarn hardhat run scripts/something.js while we use yarn hardhat deploy for deploy folder. I need more explanation on this.

This error means Hardhat or Truffle can't connect to Ganache.
Check if Ganache is running on the correct port.
Ensure Hardhat/Truffle is using the correct RPC URL (http://127.0.0.1:7545).
Verify that Metamask, Hardhat, or Truffle is pointing to the correct network.
