For the past 1 Week, I have done endless solutions to this I can't figure out what the problem is. I need help

Hello @RaghavShah
The problem is most likely due to incorrect connection to the RPC client:
on this line w3 = Web3(Web3.HTTPProvider("hTTP://127.0.0.1:7545")) you h is lower case, change it all to lower case http.

No sir I have tried that also but didn't work there is something else I guess which I am unable to find.

Be sure you have running ganache on the correct configuration before running this.
Also, your python version might cause problems. Could you try with Python 3.8 instead?
