Z axis gives negative value after bed leveling echo "end stops hit"

Dear smartfriendz
My Smartrap prints well, only finished yesterday
I have 1 question maybe it's finger problems or maybe a bug?
After bed leveling (after the 3rd probe) Repetier gives X-axis red and echo "end stop hit" the value is -0.14 and red. The bed leveling seems to stop there
Doing G29 inside my code ( after G28) the same happens but the printer does continue printing although Z-axis remains red (as if not set)
Hope someone can help!
