Enhanced log files

With 'build --html' nice html logfiles are created, with individual logs 
an statistics per module. It would be very useful to have this logs 
accessible via the webinterface. Idea by Vladimir.

These logs must be transmitted from the slaves to the master and stored in 
the master's public_html dir.

I tried to make the log file available through a custom factory for the 
Ubuntu-64
slave. It seems fine except one thing: the log file is presented as plain text 
due to
Buildbot's inconveniences. Waiting for reply from the Buildbot Mailinglist...
