[Vmware/NGC] Cant Register to second vCenter server

Is this a BUG REPORT or FEATURE REQUEST?:

What happened:
VGC registration utility does not allow registration to a second vcenter server when it is registerd with any other vcenter initially.
What you expected to happen:
Register should allow to register any number of vcenter servers.
How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):

1. open resgitration utilty by loading https://localhost:8088/homePage
2. register one vcenter server
3. go back from browser / or load https://localhost:8088/homePage again.
4. give another vcenter server option

You wil see ther is no register button , only unregister button is enabled
