BLE vs UART2 in V4.1

Hi Sir,

Thank you for providing the supporting libraries. I have been successfully using them with UART2 on the ESP32. However, I recently included BLE functionality, and I've noticed that UART2 becomes unstable after some time.

Could you please help me understand why this might be happening? I appreciate your support.

Note: I have not faced any issues using version esp_dmx v2.0.
