In the iOS app, if a ship's slot is already filled by a unique named card (e.g., Mr. Worf as a crew member), then when tapping on that slot to edit it, other unique named cards with the same name (e.g., the other Mr. Worf crew member card) will be greyed-out, even though the second card would be replacing the first, and so not violating the duplicate-card rule.
This behaviour means that switching between unique named options (captains, crew, etc.) is slower than it could be. Users must go back and clear the slot first, instead of being able to switch directly.
