Admin css doesn't load on production

Getting ERR_ABORTED 404 (Not Found) for admin css files

It seems to be loading for me in the main branch and the rtgdk_python3 branch. But I see that it does not load on the hosted url. Is there another way to reproduce this? After setting DEBUG=False it still works for me.

You can host the website on Heroku (or any other free hosting service) for a production-like server. We don't expect these types of issues to be fixed by non-admin people but it will be good if you can identify the fix. There are a lot of other issues which you can work on if this doesn't work out. I think the network tab in this url will get some information about the error which can be searched online.
