Once a dataset has linked attachments (If it was created with the "Import Attachments" button, or if attachments were uploading ) those attachments should be linked to the records created when uploading the dataset.

Mapping has to be figured out too. It can either happen in the field mapper, or separately in the attachment upload page/dialog.
