Rhino Connector: Support sublayer objects #480

When selecting by layer in the Rhino connector, currently only direct layer objects are included.

Feature request is to provide a checkbox for 'sublayer objects' that would replicate the behavior in Rhino where all objects on all sublayers are included. A single checkbox that sets the behavior for all selected layers would suffice.

just as in the previous issue, we'll tackle this as part of the layer filter in the next gen connector.
