Read Receipts: Client Implementations

All receivers should add a a call to the commitReceived endpoint (see #782) when, and if possible (e.g., not when receiving an object directly - relevant for grasshopper/dynamo).

⚠️ Warning: Coordination with server release needed; as well since we don't expect all our users to update their servers at the same pace with us, these calls should fail silently and gracefully.
