manifest.xml has to be reloaded after restarting an office online session

Leaving/entering again Office Online (by that, I mean closing the window or the browser, opening it again and "logging back in") makes the Speckle plug-in disappear. Therefore one needs to load the manifest.xml file again, resulting sometimes in having two instances of the Speckle UI in Excel. This leads to another issue: sometimes it becomes impossible to login into one of these instances.

This may be due to a side-effect of the plug-in being side-loaded. In theory, data embedded in an Excel file is persistent for each plugin so re-opening documents wouldn't be an issue. There's also no way to transfer data between plugins due to a safety feature of Office JS apps.

Would be interesting to see what happens once its published properly!
