I soft locked my seed

Here's my predicament:

Ganon's Tower: 5 Crystals needed to unlock

The three crystals I'm missing: P2, D1, D7

I need 1 small key to fight any of these bosses, but these are my remaining options:

Ganon's Tower - Tile Room:1: KeyD7

Potion Shop: 1: KeyD1

Desert Palace - Boss:1: Mushroom

Pyramid:1: KeyP2

P1 & D1: Bomb Shop

I've collected everything else.
