@magaton My initial requirement to deploy to Nomad is no longer required, so the Nomad deployer is no longer maintained as actively (happy for contributions!)

As for a Skipper Nomad platform implementation, you could use https://github.com/donovanmuller/spring-cloud-skipper-platform-openshift as a reference. Note that Skipper has moved on since that was written so you might need to adjust. You could also use the Kubernetes platform as a more up to date reference.
