hi

i have suggestions for spring initializer :

kotlin as default language
kotlin gradle as default project build
generate aplication.yml as default application properties
drop java version 8 & 11

Kotlin-GDE added the type: entry-proposal label

I've already answered this in spring-projects/spring-boot#37641 and explicitly mentioned that a new issue would not be useful.
