Error on new app

Describe the bug

Hi there,

First time Bolt user, been using Lovable and wanted to compare. Trying to create a tool that's integrated with OpenAi API as well as Ideogram to generate Bible content for churches.

I submitted the API keys, but when I test the app I get 2 errors when I submit the form. I click the button to attempt a fix, and it says Bolt attempted to fix, but nothing changes. I also can't type anything into the chat box anymore at this point, like I can't click into it.

Steps to reproduce

1. Complete the form for the preview app
2. When you get an error after submitting the form, ask Bolt to fix it.

Expected behavior

I'm assuming it should fix the error so the app works :)
