Steps to Reproduce

Hello,
Here is my problem: I have a monthly subscription of €20, so I am in Pro mode.

When I try to download a PDF file, I receive a message
1a. asking me to "sign in" or "get started", but when I click on sign in, even though I already have an account, and when I try to download the PDF again, it keeps asking me to sign in, making it impossible to continue with my work.
