Describe the bug

Every time you open your project in StackBlitz, it seems to forget if you've already prior uploaded to your Github repo, and basically only provides the option to create a brand new repo. This makes no sense and breaks the workflow of continuous implementation.

Steps to reproduce

Go to Open in StackBlitz, and then deploy a project to a repo, and then reopen in StackBlitz and you'll notice that its not remembered that you've already deployed.
