I will list a few pages to port over to the new site.
Update /club/ to include how's is a member of the board
Make the /projects/ page and mention projects (I have a few ideas what to write there)
Make /projects/history/ or something with old dead projects (what may still be interesting to keep)
/stackpointer/ may not be that active but I like the idea and it would be fun to revive it again.
/services/ page with focus on the new and active stuff, move old things to /services/history/
/sponsors/ is somewhat outdated but I think we like to keep it and update it!
The calendar, this is a lot but we need to port it all. No need to translate old news.
/forum/
/stackhack/ is fun, keep with the same motivation as stackpointer
These are the important ones I think, there are a lot of old historical content still there and my plans for these are: Generate a static snapshot of the current site and archive it.
I also plan to setup a lot of 301 redirects from pages of importance that have their urls changed.

As promised @medik here is a list of things that I think needs to be moved over. I plan to work on this tomorrow and in the beginning of next with with the plan to hopefully deploy the new site before the 25:th (hopefully before the 22nd).
@medik btw, I will start to move over some content as well today. Just to minimize the risk that we works on the same content I will note what I work on here:
✅ /projects/ and /projects/history/ (/services/ added it to the same page)
✅ /stackpointer/
✅ /stackhack/
