What happened?

When managing mailing lists the members count will show 1 if there are 0 members. All other member counts appear correct.

For example:
0 members = displays 1 member
1 member = displays 1 member
2 members = displays 2 members
3 members = displays 3 members

How can we reproduce the problem?

I can reproduce the problem by doing the following steps:
Creating a mailing list with no members
-or-
Edit an existing mailing list and remove all members
