Hetzner Storage Share Blocking Apps

• The issue affects the Deck Android app, neither the Deck server app nor the Nextcloud Android app.

Describe the bug

The app does not sync with the sever. Note that appears warns it may be due to firewall issues. Hetzner is managed and their support isn't much use so I'm not sure if there is a solution possible on my end.
