cpp-coveralls not working correctly #29

cpp-coveralls seems to create wrong filename paths due the fact that the Makefile used for building sources is in src/ and used to build files in src/tpm12 and src/tpm2 subdirectories. The results submitted to coverall.io are not complete since we have to filter out certain paths.

PR #39 resolved the issue.
