Exclude folders

Hey,

Is it possible to avoid folders from showing up as results? I only want files to be matched.
I found a temporary workaround by using "[.extension_here]$" (that worked sometimes, but definitely not always), but it isn't always easy/possible to provide do that, so would be nice with a checkbox or something specifically to avoid matching folders.

Note: I do not want to avoid matching files in specific folders. I just don't want to have folders show up as a result, it if matches the string used in "File Names match" field (btw, that is kind of misleading as it could suggest that it shouldn't match folders?).

you can always just sort by size after the search is done - that way the folders (which have a size of zero) will be at one end of the sorted list.

Or by extension, because most folders don't have extensions.

Anyway, the both workarounds : "by size" or "by ext", are not a perfect solution to the problem because:

• sometimes some files have no extension either and/or have a size of zero
• also sometimes some folders have extensions

Thus if the results window contains many files & folders, some of them will be mixed together regardless of the sorting.
