Troubles with configuration

OS version: 257.2-2-arch

I switched to neovim around 3 days ago, Im mostly writing in c++ so i tried to make an integration with cmake and some debugging tools, I already spent 2 days trying to do it but nothing seems to work. Heres my actual config:
