Foundation design configuration attributes are missing from the configuration xml file

Problem 1:

Some attributes are missing from the Foundation design configurations.
<CONFIG type="ECFNCONFIG" ...>

Problem 2:

In the same object (foundation design configurations) method_0 and method_1 attributes doesn't work.

Update:

• method_0 can take values {0, 1, 2}, which refer to design approaches {1, 2, 3}
• method_1 is not in use and is irrelevant

Note:

The value of the method_0 attribute is code dependent. For example, when using the Swedish national annex, only the 3rd design approach is available, so the method_0 value can only be 2, or when using the general Eurocode, all of the design approaches are available.
