I'm administrator level of the site, when I successfully

Install and Activate Genesis Blocks

It redirect me to /wp-admin/admin.php?page=genesis-blocks-migrate

It says "Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page."

Both WP core, theme and plugins are updated.
