Force close when creating shortcut in home screen with Samsung Galaxy 5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create shortcut in home screen
2. Pick up any venue to create shortcut

What is the expected output?
Shortcut in my home screen

What do you see instead?
Force close message

What version of the product are you using?
v2010-09-30 always give me force close
v2010-08-31 working fine

On what operating system?
Android 2.1

Please provide any additional information below.
Looks like its not working with TouchWiz in Samsung Galaxy 5.
I have an error message relating with TWlauncher, I assume this is the TouchWiz
