Flag Venue Info returns 'A surprising new problem has occured'

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Find 'zizzi' in Woking, Surrey, GU21 6LQ
2. Try to Flag Venue info.
3. Submit and you will be presented with an error (A surprising new problem has 
occured).

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect to be able to change venue info, or at least be able to submit new 
info for revision. Instead I get an error

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I am using the latest version of the app on Android 2.2.

I have the same problem on Android 2.1 (see issue 226).

I have just reinstalled the old foursquare_2010083100.apk and only now I can 
edit venues.
