I have no internet connection from my computer running Sublime Text, so I can't use Package Control. However, I am able to transfer files from another machine. Is it possible to create a zip file from the github source that I can drop into my Sublime Text installation?

Just clone the repo and zip up the folder and put it in your Sublime Text 3 folder.

On my Mac it's: Library/Application\ Support/Sublime\ Text\ 3/Packages/Emacs Pro Essentials/
