Describe the bug

Plausible doesn't seem to pick up views if the script isn't placed on the html tag

Expected behavior

I should see visit on plausible

Screenshots

If applicable, add screenshots to help explain your problem.

Build Environment

This shouldn't matter

  • OS: Arch Linux
  • Theme version/commit, I can't remember the commit I used but it was one of the latest ones
  • Hugo version 0.91.2 extended

Please try to use Hugo extended version before opening the issue.

Preview Environment

  • OS: Arch Linux
  • Browser Firefox and I guess others too

Additional Information

Activate plausible analytics

I manually put the script piece inside partials/head/links.html and it is now picking up views.

If you can point me in the right direction I can help fix the problem, but right now I don't have ideas. Maybe put analytics section inside head partials?
